For all of you looking to support a healthy and active lifestyle, this blog will be considered your first road to wellness. I bet you don't eat the recommended amounts of fruits and vegetables every day, do you? Before I heard of this juice, I use to be someone who knew the importance of eating 5 -9 servings of fruits and vegetables each day, but I could never get myself to eat more than 1 -2 pieces a day, usually an apple, orange or banana. I read how important eating berries and dark purple fruits were, so I tried buying blueberries, strawberries and purple grapes, but by the end of the week, most had spoiled and I had only managed to eat a few servings or so. I also tried buying the already cut, washed and ready to eat fruits (more expensive of course), I would again not eat enough servings and they too would spoil sooner than I could finish them. Something else along these lines I'll discuss in a later post, but ripening, nutrition loss and pesticides are a whole other concern. I was frustrated and wasting a bunch of money besides.

Then one day I tried the juice, I felt more energy, mental clarity and better sleep within days! And, now I'm getting the antioxidant capacity of approximately 13 servings of fruits and vegetables in just four ounces. The hope and purpose of this blog is to help others to better health, fight free radicals and provide you with the resources your body needs to get moving!
